Ihre Aufgaben

Kreditorenbuchhaltung: Rechnungseingangskontrolle, Erfassung und Verbuchung der Kreditorenrechnungen in Abstimmung mit den laufenden Verträgen

Erfassung und Verbuchung von Spesen- und Reiseabrechnungen

Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen (u.a. Kontoabstimmungen)

Monatliche Kontrolle der Leistungserfassung für die Projektrechnung

Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reportings und des Budgets

Mitarbeit bei der Ressourcenplanung und Unterstützung der Linienverantwortlichen

Mitarbeit bei den internen Projekten im Bereich Finanzen

Your tasks

Accounts payable: checking incoming invoices, recording and posting accounts payable invoices in coordination with current contracts

Recording and posting of expense and travel reports

Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (including account reconciliations)

Monthly control of service recording for project accounting

Assisting with the preparation of evaluations, reports and the budget

Assisting with resource planning and supporting line managers

Collaboration on internal projects in the area of finance

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (z.B. Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung)

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, insbesondere Kreditorenbuchhaltung

Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie speditive, strukturierte und exakte Denk- und Arbeitsweise

Dienstleistungsorientierte, verlässliche und diskrete Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an der Teamarbeit

Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Abacus und MS-Office (insbesondere Excel)

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch von Vorteil

Your profil

Completed commercial training with further training in finance and accounting (e.g. accounting clerk or comparable further training)

Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, in particular accounts payable

High quality awareness as well as a fast, structured and precise way of thinking and working

Service-oriented, reliable and discreet personality with a hands-on mentality and enjoyment of teamwork

Very good knowledge of Abacus and MS Office (especially Excel)

Very good written and spoken German, English an advantage.
