For our location in Zürich Switzerland, we are looking for an CS Onsite Technician (m/w/d) must work onsite on a rotation scheme at our client's two different sites in Zuerich.
S/He has to be able to understand the current setup of the IBM z/OS and the ADVA environment.
The technician has to liaise with the different client teams. Technician has to be willing to work on-call service (on rotation scheme).
Your responsibilities - Troubleshooting of IBM z/OS or ADVA hardware problems
- Add/change/update support tickets at IBM's web interface
- Support Installations, Moves, Adds or changes of IBM and ADVA hardware
- Work with clients tools (ServiceNow, Installation Tool, Cabling Management Tool, a.o.)
- Administering access rights for external technicians
Your profile - Technician should have a in depth know how on IBM z/OS hardware (IBM Mainframe Practitioner would be very welcomed)
- Technician should have a good know how on ADVA DWDM hardware.
- Technician should be willing to work in a small team (4 technicians)
