We are seeking a passionate and strategic Team Lead - Integration Projects to join us at Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions to manage our Projects Team. The Team supports customers through tailor-made engineering projects within IIoT. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who is enthusiastic about coaching, mentoring, and fostering a psychologically safe environment within their team while also providing strategic insights and leadership.
As a Team Lead of a team of 4 passionate Project Managers, you will lead and mentor the team and therefore play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business. Your focus will be on strategic planning, team management, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.
Tasks + Challenges In this role, you will...
- lead and mentor our Business Development Projects Team with your strategic expertise
- oversee and contribute to product development and sales strategies for the Digital Solutions Product Portfolio
- represent and contribute to business and strategy alignment with E+H Product Centers and Sales Centers
- contribute towards competence within market needs, customer feedback, and industry trends, defining what products should be built and guiding the high-level direction
- contribute towards sales and pricing strategies by industry together with Sales Centers and Product Owners to optimize market penetration
- continuously assess and enhance the performance of Business Development activities to maximize engagement
- collaborate on group-wide projects and development
- cultivate and expand key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications + Profile - You have a technical background, ideally with an MBA/MSc, and a proven track record in Sales and Business Development within one of the 7 core industries served by Endress+Hauser (Chemicals, Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Water & Wastewater, Power & Energy, Primaries & Metal). This enables you to understand and address technical challenges within the context of customer needs and industry standards.
