Your Tasks

Einrichten und Verwalten von Planungsprojekten in unseren CAD-Systemen sowie Management der CDE-Systeme (ACC / BIM360)
Betreuung und Administration von Revit und CDE-Systemen, inklusive Troubleshooting während der Planungsarbeiten
Entwicklung, Programmierung und Pflege von Revit-Familien
Erarbeitung, Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung interner Planungsabläufe, Standards und Handbücher
Erstellung von Kurzanleitungen und Durchführung von Schulungen für unsere Mitarbeitenden
3D-Planung von Anlagen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
Erzeugung von Output-Dokumenten aus der 3D-Planung (Pläne, Zeichnungen, MTOs, Listen)

Your Profile

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik inklusive 3D-Planung
Sicherer und vertrauter Umgang mit relevanter Planungssoftware (Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD 2D, ReCap, ggf. Plant 3D)
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datenbanksystemen
Begeisterung und Leidenschaft für digitale Technologien
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Hoher Anspruch an Qualität, Fehlerfreiheit und Effizienz
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
