For our Global Function Technology & Sustainability Team we are seeking a Sustainability Reporting Manager (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date in Pratteln (Switzerland) or Frankfurt/Main (Germany).

Responsibilities

Manage non-financial annual reporting: Set reporting standards and requirements, lead cross-functional reporting team, ensure data integrity and auditor coordination
Manage sustainability ratings/rankings: Oversee reporting quality and continuous improvement, analyze results, propose enhancements and benchmark against stakeholders
Streamline reporting processes: Establish reporting framework, lead double materiality assessment and support implementation of reporting IT solutions
Reporting thought leadership: Monitor reporting requirements, train stakeholders on changes, engage on performance reporting and be internal reporting point of contact

Requirements

Master Degree in enviromental or sustainability management, economics, controlling or accounting
5+ years of experience in industry or consultancy
Proficiency in Project- and Stakeholder Management
Strong communication skills
Business fluent in English (written and verbal), every other language is advantageous
Strong knowledge about Sustainability reporting and rating standards: GRI, SASB, CSRD, CDP
Ability to work independet and be a self-driven person
