We are seeking a Compliance Specialist (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date for our site in Pratteln (Switzerland).

Responsibilities

Coordinate compliance projects across the organization.
Provide expert advice to various departments on regulatory queries.
Participate in compliance reviews and investigations.
Propose updates to policies and procedures in response to regulatory changes.
Support day-to-day compliance operations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure company-wide compliance.
Stay abreast of external regulatory developments and their potential impact.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant compliance certifications are a plus.
3-5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong communication and Project management skills.
Business fluent in English (written and verbal), every other language is advantageous.
Ability to work independent and be a self-driven person.
Strong team player.
