Description

Leading a laboratory team
Management of resources according to priorities
Construction of test benches/test automation
Conducting tests on components and systems
Writing test reports for good test traceability. Analyzing and presenting data to support clear decisions. Support in defining test procedures for thorough testing of products
Conduct analysis of product defects
Supporting designers in the development and optimization of product designs
Assisting customer service in technical analysis of products in the event of customer complaints
Maintenance of test benches, laboratory equipment and machines
Compliance with health and safety regulations in the laboratory

What you change:

Together with your laboratory team, you are responsible for the safety and quality of the laboratory work and materials. In close cooperation with the development department and production, you support the analysis, evaluation and release of products. You will also actively participate in optimizing the product design.

What you add:

Training as a polymechanic, electromechanic or similar
>5 years of experience in a testing laboratory
Knowledge of handling sensors, electro-mechanical components and simple electronic circuits
Knowledge of laboratory automation software (preferably Dasylab)
Training in mechanical processing such as turning and milling
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, with in-depth knowledge of Excel for data processing
Experience with the design and functionality of hydraulic components (valves, pumps,...)
English Level B: Ability to attend meetings in English and write reports in English
Systematic and independent way of working
Analytical skills. Practical and creative approach to challenges
Cooperative and supportive interaction with colleagues.
