We are a Swiss Digital marketing Agency. Our team of marketing strategists, designers, branding specialists, digital traders and growth hackers help our clients be great at what they do. Or become even greater.

Our clients are big international brands, NGOs and also smaller swiss companies (e-commerce, independent, schools etc.)

What we're looking for

We are searching for a talented, English and French speaking Media Buyer that will help us conquer the programmatic world for our clients.

What we expect you to do

In this digital campaigns managing role, you will actively handle, optimize and deeply analyse the campaigns and strategies you will be in charge of.

You are responsible for the strategy, budget management, implementation and optimisation of campaigns and digital tools. This means working closely with the rest of the team, keeping in mind the objectives and being as proactive and efficient as possible.

The Must

Minimum 2 years experience in a relevant position - Agency experience
Strong experience in managing digital marketing campaigns (google ads/facebook ads)
You are Fluent in English and French (German is a plus)
Analysis skills (tracking and reporting)
Client-facing experience (reporting, recommendations, kickoff etc.)
Conversion rate optimization

So, here are your missions :

Implement, monitor and report on cross-channel digital media campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Social etc.) & know what it takes to be successful
Plan and deploy advanced tracking solutions with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.
Be involved in pitches and client-facing situations to bring innovative & technical solutions
Control and allocate a budget in the most efficient way possible
Link client's needs and goals with Enigma's expertise
Manage and optimize Enigma's clients Facebook ads and Google ads campaigns
Develop a marketing approach to the advertising discourse of the brands we work with
Work with the creative team to produce conversion-optimized ads
Manage action-taking on the customer's dedicated advertising account, with the aim of maximizing the customer's return on investment.
