Enterprise Agile Coach (f/m/d)

Axpo's Digital Pods are leading the digital transformation to maintain a competitive edge in a dynamic market. As an Enterprise Agile Coach, you'll champion agile practices, foster collaboration, and drive innovation, playing a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency and customer experiences.

What you will do:

Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies within the Digital Pods, fostering a collaborative and adaptive culture.
Provide coaching and mentoring to Agile teams, Product Owners, and organizational leaders.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, problem-solving sessions, and conflict resolution processes.
Design and deliver training workshops, conducting gap analyses to prioritize development needs.
Support scaling Agile practices across teams and departments, documenting best practices and tailoring frameworks.
Define and track KPIs to align Agile practices with Axpo's digital strategy.
Promote continuous learning and participate in Communities of Practice to enhance collaboration.

What you bring & who you are:

Proven experience in roles such as Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, or Chief Scrum Master.
Strong understanding of organizational agility and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or unFIX.
Expertise in DevOps practices and tools like Atlassian Jira.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver Agile training programs, with a trainer license (e.g., SPC, PST) preferred.
Exceptional coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Fluent in English and German, with Spanish as a plus.
