Job Description

Architect and implement scalable cloud-based solutions using Azure
Architect, design, adapt, develop, and deploy machine learning models and processes for business process intelligence such as OCR, process and document intelligence
Architect, develop, maintain and support graph based business cases together with our graph specialists
Utilize full stack software engineering skills to integrate AI, ML and genAI solutions into our existing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Conduct thorough business analysis to ensure that solutions align with business objectives
Optimize machine learning models for performance and accuracy
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, OCR, and cloud technologies
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the team

Requirements

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Multiple years of experience as full-stack software engineer, preferably using programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks
Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a focus on OCR and document analysis
Experience with agile development methodologies
Experience with business analysis and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
