About your future role

Support end-users on IT related incidents, request, local onboarding/offboarding (end-user computing) (20%).
Member of engineer team and member of piquet team. As engineer team member, you manage local IT platform, specific applications (ERP, Payment Applications) and projects related to these applications or providers (80%).

Your key responsibilities in this role will be

to manage onboarding and offboarding of employee
to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
to ensure a smooth running of the IT infrastructure and participate in proactive tasks
to manage 2LVL and 3LVL issues from end users and payment infrastructure and related network
to follow ITIL processes (i.e. incidents, requests, problems, changes)
to support IT team on daily and on projects tasks
to be member of the piquet team

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

An engineer degree in computer science or related field
2 years in the same position
A strong working knowledge of IT infrastructure (VMware, Active Directory, ADFS, Veeam, Microsoft Windows, Linux Redhat), certification is a plus.
Network and security knowledge (DHCP, DNS, Routing, VPN), Cisco and/or Fortinet certification is a plus.
Knowledge in database management is a plus
Knowledge in advanced scripting is a plus
Project coordination
Multinational environment
