We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated marketing intern to join our real estate marketing department. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and teams across the company to drive awareness and engagement for SMG Real Estate users. Reporting to the Head of Consumer and Private Customer Marketing , you will take product insights and translate them into effective messaging and content that are integrated into all marketing initiatives.
Your tasks
- Content & Messaging: Craft compelling copies for marketing materials and ad campaigns that resonate with our users.
- Consumer & Market Insights: Research customer journeys, analyze competitor strategies and provide recommendations to optimize our messaging.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop impactful marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Marketing Support: Brief and create marketing materials, ensuring they align with our brand identity and are effectively distributed across the right channels.
- Projects & Growth Initiatives: Take ownership of projects aimed at attracting and engaging younger audiences to our platform.
Qualifications
What makes you a great fit?
- Currently enrolled in a university program focusing on marketing, communications, business or a related field.
- First-hand marketing experience, ideally in a B2C or C2C environment.
- A knack for storytelling - you know how to craft messages that engage.
- Basic understanding of market research, customer segmentation and competitor analysis.
- Experience writing value propositions and advertising messages.
- Some knowledge of performance and social media marketing.
- Basic analytical skills - you're comfortable interpreting data and insights.
- A team player, who loves collaboration and brings fresh ideas to the table.
- Strong communication skills - within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in German and English.
