About your future roleWe offer innovative solutions in cashless payment transactions and support companies in offering their customers secure and convenient payment options in face-to-face and distance selling. To expand our team, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Field Sales Manager with experience in the field who inspires confidence and enjoys travelling extensively in their territory. You will be supported in the office, actively assisting with scheduling. Are you ready for a varied job?
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Acquisition of new customers in your assigned area
- Conducting sales meetings and advising our customers on site
- Presenting our products/services and explaining their benefits and features
- Measures to gain market share in the territory
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through trust and excellent service
- Continuous market observation and identification of sales potential
- Work closely and collegially with the sales team, back office/field sales support and other departments to efficiently process customer enquiries and ensure smooth order fulfilment

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
Professional: - Several years of experience as a sales representative with a good understanding of KPIs
- Experience in sales, ideally with knowledge of the Swiss industry including an existing network in the SME sector
- Good technical understanding
- Fluency in French and English language, knowledge in German being an advantage
- Flexibility and mobility (category B driving licence mandatory)
