What You Will Do

You'll gain experience working on end-to-end projects and performing "live" finance activities based on the needs and requirements of the Business. Being caring, courageous and collaborative, you'll bring ideas to propel our thinking and drive to set our pace.

You'll have the capacity to build your professional network and participate in training sessions, team-building activities. You'll interact with senior management, business leaders, and our global finance organization. You'll also tour our facilities and gain insight into neighbouring departments, such as marketing, R&D and Manufacturing. At the end of our program, you will be a young professional with:

Solid experience in both finance and project management
Strong expertise and insights in one of the leading worldwide industries
Agility and team-oriented mindset

Who We Hire

Our Ideal Candidates:

Completed Master's or Bachelor's degree with additional business qualification
Gained already a first experience through apprenticeship, business specific preferably, international internships, or studies abroad
Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Have the relevant technology skills (e.g. MS-Office, BI systems, Powerpoint)
Have a strong command of English, both written and spoken as it is our working language.

You'll work in our offices in Kaiseraugst and/or Geneva, Switzerland
