Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Collection Assistant (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities:

Sample request to suppliers and sample management to ensure in time delivery
Measuring and controlling the samples
Developing products and constructing techniques that meet design expectations
Entering and updating data in the various computer systems (YPLM, NAV, LECTRA MODARIS Expert, etc)
Managing the samples inventory
Updating the YPLM operating instructions + Updating the changes Booklet
Managing the communication with different parties for samples & size sets

Your Profile:

Entrepreneurial, proactive, flexible, able to work independently but team spirit and results oriented
Attention to details and good product sensibility
Strong pattern knowledge, graduation rules, sewing sections skills and fabric properties preferably with experience with sewing factories
Close communication and reporting to the Team Leader
Knowledge in pattern-making software (e.g. Gerber Accumark, Lectra Modaris Expert)
Knowledge in MS-Office & YPLM
Fluent in English and French, German is a plus (every further language is warmly welcomed)
